Baton Rouge

It began as a 2 week assignment, got extended by a week more...Boy am i glad its 3 weeks already. Its been 3 long frustrating weeks. Working long hours, having bland food for breakfast, lunch and dinner( No offence to american food, but its definitely not for me :P). Its finally time for me to pack up and head home.

Did not go around much, so do not have much to show :(. But here are few pics i could click of a beautiful church close by to my office.

Dreams & Nightmares

Its 3 AM in the morning here in Baton rouge, and i wake up searching for my geography textbook :P.

Wondering why?

Well, had a nightmare, where i just realize that today is geography exam, and as usual i have stalled till the last day to study anything. I finally decide its about time i pick up the text book. I go to the book shelf, to get the book, but i cant find it anywhere. Its only couple of hours more to the exam, i haven't read a single page and i realize i cant remember how the book looks like :P

I am desperately clearing the shelf now, trying hard to remember what the book cover looks like, hoping i will find it somewhere underneath with lot of dust and bookworms feasting on it. I have cleared the book shelf, but there is no sign of the book, nor can i remember ever seeing it.There is a cold chill running down my neck as the realization dawns that i for whatever reason never purchased the book ....and thats when i woke up realizing it was only a dream :P

Now, i have seen different flavors of the same nightmare :P. Be it,
1).Being late to the exam
2).Realizing there is an exam only on the day of the exam
3).Getting the exam dates horribly wrong only to realize i didn't attend it
4).Sitting in the exam hall and realizing that its the wrong subject i studied for
5). Not having studied anything till the last minute, on the day of the exam realize i never purchased the damn textbook :P

I have been told (or read somewhere in the web :P) that Exam related nightmares are the most common ones ppl get.

I wonder what my sub-conscious is trying to tell me, and why the hell does my sub-consious have to use Metaphors to talk to me :P.

Any Dream interpreters out there? :D
